Our role
Igeia Health is a medical coordination service. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical care is provided directly by our accredited partner hospitals.
Fees
The assessment is free. Any Igeia fee is agreed in writing before you commit to anything. All medical treatment fees are paid directly to the treating hospital and are never processed through Igeia.
WhatsApp and the assistant
An AI assistant answers first on WhatsApp and on this website. It gives general information only. It does not diagnose, give medical advice or make decisions about your care. A coordinator, who is a person, takes over your case, and an urgent message goes to a person at once.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number first. Chats on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your messages.
No medical guarantee
While we carefully vet our partner hospitals, Igeia does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes. We do not publish prices. Any cost for your care is quoted in writing by the treating hospital, itemised, before you commit to anything.
Limitation of liability
Igeia is not liable for the acts or omissions of any partner hospital, airline, or third-party service provider engaged during your treatment or travel.
